Do I need to install anything to use memorypoint®?

No, memorypoint® works entirely on our secure server in Switzerland. You will receive a search engine friendly link to promote your game on your website or in your next newsletter.

How can I personalise the campaign?

Yes, you can personalise your campaign by using your own logo, images, texts and colours. This way you can ensure that your campaign perfectly matches your brand image.

How secure is my data at memorypoint®?

We take data security and privacy very seriously. All data is stored on our secure servers in Switzerland and transmitted in encrypted form. We strictly adhere to the applicable data protection regulations. The data can easily be exported as a CSV file via your administration tool.

What happens to my campaign when it has expired? Do I have to cancel?

Our programs refer to individual campaigns. Depending on the package, you can create one or more campaigns within one year from the date of purchase. An explicit cancellation is therefore not necessary. Unused campaigns automatically expire after 365 days.
